Nebraska football fans are anticipating big things from returning stars like Taylor Martinez, but it was seven-year-old Jack Hoffman who stole the show in the team’s spring game Saturday in Lincoln.
Hoffman, who has been fighting brain cancer since 2011, was given the opportunity to run the ball before over 60,000 in attendance at Memorial Stadium. He sent the crowd into a frenzy when he scampered 69 yards for the touchdown. Not gonna lie, seeing this was very moving.
